Meet Suzanne
Suzanne Buggé is a seasoned, goal oriented professional who has been in sales and marketing for over 25 years. She worked extensively in project management, promotional programs and new product initiatives for major retail accounts.
Upon leaving the manufacturing/retail arena, she devoted several years to building her own direct sales business and won awards for top performance several years running. Her success in marketing her own business and those of others lead to the creation of A Focused Advantage.

While she has had many job titles over the years, Donna Gould has been telling stories about people, products and businesses her entire career. A lifelong communications professional, she has guided clients in a variety of fields – from finance and technology to interior design and health & wellness – in developing concepts and content that engages, informs and inspires.
As Founder and Chief Storyteller at Open Heart Creative, Donna helps business owners find the words that reflect the heart and soul of their brand – and create lasting connections with their customers and clients.
Rick Gilman
Marketing & Communications Expert
Rick Gilman is president and chief mobile officer for APPsolute Marketing LLC, a company specializing in helping small businesses and organizations reach their mobile markets. Through the design and development of Apple and Android APPs along with proximity marketing solutions, they provide mobile convenience for better customer service.
A 35 plus-year marketing/communications veteran, Rick has held various leadership roles including Executive Director of the Insurance Committee for Arson Control, and the International Association of Special Investigation Units, Director of the Insurance Information Institute and Vice President of ACORD. In addition to having achieved his Accredited Public Relations designation, he also is a Certified Meeting Professional.

Peter Veronne

Pete Verrone is the President of Spinneret Web Consulting, a company that specializes in website development and online business solutions.
A programmer with over 20 years of experience in database design/development, he has been building websites for 18 years, during which time he completed his MBA/IS at Florida Institute of Technology. After working with several different companies as programmer/project manager Pete launched Spinneret Web. Consulting to help others untangle the web!
